Hello,
I have build an financial analysis software for societies(not financials
markets),I am only,and a society would sell it exclusivelly as is and at his
own charges. The deal is 1/3 for me on the sale price.
Could you say if it is good, or where i can find some examples or
explanations about this kind of deal.It is the first time it becomes to me
and I don't knnow where to look for the first step.

I think that a few words were left out here. Let me see if I
understand.
You have created a software program that does financial analysis for
"societies". I don't know what you mean by "society" here, but I
don't know that it matters either. You found someone who wants to
resell your software and is offering 1/3 of the gross sale.

I'd look for an experienced business consultant to help you. In the
US we have the Small Business Administration <http://www.sba.gov/>,
which will put business owners in touch with experienced, retired
business people who volunteer to advise others on how to start and run
their businesses. Perhaps there is something similar in France?
