contract for selling a service business

Looking for contract examples in which the seller is selling their clients.
This is not the same as a "client list." These clients are aware of the
impending transition and are interested in going with the new buyer, with
some limited input/coaching/intro from the existing seller. The existing
clients will solicit the new buyer to provide a service/manage a project.
The new buyer will bid or put together a fee based on the project. If the
existing client agrees and the contract is awarded, the seller gets 10% of
everything the new buyer grosses from the contract.
