Hi my brother is forming a LLC. The Company will take component parts
from suppliers (air cylinders, logic elements and related) and design a
logic circuits that connects all these components in a system that
performs a function like "assembling station". So he will be adding his
intellectual property (i.e. the logic design) and for simple systems
assemble the system and in more complicated scenarios contract the
manufacture of the system to a custom machine builder.
I call this Company a manufacturer and on a State LLC site the closest
fit is "Metal Products Manufacturer".
Is this the correct classification for this Company?

That's easy. Just select "Chease Manufacture" hehe
Yea non of them realy fit. I would just select at the
bottom "Bussiness type not found"
