Hi
I am planning to open an import and export business. I am thinking of
opening an LLC. But before I open the company I would like to consult
with an Attorney or CPA.
I have question in this regard. Usually who should I consult. Should I
consult with an Attorney or certified tax consultant.

Neither. You need a broker and they will handle everything. You can do it
individually or as a business. No lawyers nor accountants are necessary.
