Consulting in NC as a CA corporation.

Hello,

I have a S-corp in CA. Recently I moved to North carolina and become a
NC resident and will be providing on-site consultancy for a client in
NC. I have to go thru Client's NY based preferred vendor. I have
following questions.

1) Can I use my CA corporation to provide consultancy to NC client thru
NY based preffered vendor?
2) If yes, what legal formalities I need to do?
3) Which State's taxes would I pay as employee of CA corporation but NC
resident. NC or CA?
