I was just talking to a person who works for a company who manages properties. They manage a total of around 500 properties. If you own a house they will take care of getting it rented for you. They get the first month's rent plus 6-8% of the rent payment. They take care of all of the interaction with the renter. You are responsible for paying for maintenance when needed.
If you have been thinking about buying a house, but are sure if you will live in it long enough to enjoy the financial benefits, why not contact a rental company? :D |
