It's easy to find plenty of information about incorporating in states that offer many benefits. A couple of these places would be the most well known - Nevada and Delaware.
What about the Bad places to incorporate though? Does anyone know the states people should avoid if they can help it?
California is one on the list. From all I have checked on they charge high taxes and are not overly supportive of the small business.
What other good and bad places are there to incorporate your business in? |
