| I was hearing in the news recently that there are some companies that are forming corporations offshore in order to avoid paying taxes, or so they can do business with countries forbidden by our government. What's up with that anyway? |

| It makes sense... they avoid taxes and get to do business with forbidden countries... why not do it if the legislation permits so? |

Mostly only the super wealthy people use this method in order to avoid paying taxes. What this means is the government does not know how much money they actually earned (in many cases), and they do not pay the taxes they are by law obligated to pay as American citizens. This is just one of many loopholes the super rich use. |

| The super rish usually find ways to get richer... the thing is it is difficult to control them... :( |
