If you start a business out of your home and it starts taking off in a big way at some point you will need to get some office or retail space (depending on your business).
The smartest thing if you're a small business owner and it's a fairly new business is to rent your office space. For starters it is more economical and depending on your area you will receive a better tax break for renting then you will from buying.
It also allows you to start as small as you need to and move easily should you have the ability to. Most office space will rent short term either from month to month or in six month intervals.
When you go to rent office space what do you look for? Is it strictly on a price basis or do you have the perfect office in your mind and you're willing to pay what is needed to get it? |
