What sorts of things do I need to have ready for the banker? How far in advance do I have to have any predictions of profit/loss/sales/whatever? Any advice is welcome, from presentation and content of the loan application, to personal appearance during the application process, to anything else you think is relevant. If there are any bankers out there, I'd appreciate hearing what you look for when reviewing an application.
