How receptive are you to your employees ideas? Do you give them room to express themselves or do you expect that they handle things your way or in a certain manner?
For many I imagine the answer will depend on the business. If your company is more technical in nature than it's much different then if you are running a very creative system. That alone could mean the difference. |
