| If you had a choice between hiring someone that was experienced and comfortable in their career, versus someone that was up and coming and had a strong desire to be successful, which would you choose and why? |

| All other things being equal (and they never are), I would choose the 'up and coming', rather than the experienced one, for the simple reason that it's easier to train someone to do it my way, rather than to retrain someone who's been doing it a different way for years. And as everyone knows, my way is the best way (though I'm always open to suggestions to improve on it, I would much prefer all my employees be consistant). |
